Participants will be limited for maximum interaction and personal attention. Each session you'll send in a report, plan or project materials you're working on to all the other members of the group. In the sessions we'll all give you feedback, ideas, forward.

In addition, during the course of the Mentoring Action Groups you'll have access to the mentorees forum and to your individual mentor.

Details of next Mentoring Action Programs

The Mentoring Action Groups for the upcoming semester - September - December are now open for enrolment.

Commencing September

Map 1 - Eliminating Fear and researching your idea
If you've been messing around with an idea for some time but just don't know where to start then this is the group for you. Throughout the program we will work with you to identify whether you are really ready to take the next step.

Map 2 - Stepping out and starting up
If your ready to step out of your comfort zone and start your own business then this is the program for you. Throughout the program we will work through the steps for creating a sound business plan minimising risk and maximising opportunities for success.

Map 3 - Get up and Grow
If you're contemplating growth for a small or home based business this is the program for you. Throughout this program we will work with you to identify the implications of growth for you and your business and whether you are ready to take your business to the next stage.

Fees for the Mentoring Action Program

The Mentoring Action Group Programs are $450 for non members, $350 for members. For information about instalment options contact leah@wbca.com.au

Are the Programs Guaranteed?

Yes, with conditions. This program is about you taking positive actions to achieve results. You'll get homework and assignments every week. If you do all the work, you'll get results. If you attend the online sessions (4 out of 6), do the work and are still not satisfied, you can ask for a full or partial refund. If you do not attend the sessions and do the work, the only guarantee is that it will not work for you!

Apply for the Mentoring Action Program

Because we have limited space for the upcoming groups and because the groups are not for everyone, We ask those wishing to participate to apply using the form below. Once we get your application, we will get back to let you know if you have been accepted.

Then, if and when you are accepted for the group, you will be asked to reserve your space in the group and pay a deposit of $50 which holds your space in the group for the September-December semester. In mid-August we will start the official registration into the groups and those on the waiting list will have the first opportunity to register for the September -December semester. When you register, you'll gain access to all the preparation materials for the groups. This will be your initial preparation material that you'll work on before the group actually starts in September.

We are accepting applications for the September 2005 - December 2005 semester.

If you are accepted you will receive an agreement form and asked to pay $50 to be on the official waiting list for the next semester. This ensures your space in the next group and is fully refundable if you are not able to join the group.
